Gore Range Engineering

Gore Range Engineering was formed in 2009 in by George W. Benecke P.E. and Jason Deem to provide an alternative for geotechnical and environmental engineering services in the Colorado Mountain Region. Our goal is to develop long lasting client and community relationships through excellent service, efficient operation and client education. Mr. Benecke and Mr. Deem have a vast amount of experience in local soil and environmental conditions encountered in the Colorado Mountains, which makes us uniquely qualified to consult on projects in the region. Our home base area is Summit County; however, we regularly perform consulting and design on projects throughout Colorado. Mr. Deem and Mr. Benecke have extensive experience on projects in Eagle, Grand, Park, Garfield, Pitkin, Routt, Rio Blanco, Lake, Chaffee, Gunnison and Clear Creek Counties. We are a full service Geotechnical and Environmental Engineering Consulting and Design firm offering a broad range of services including: geotechnical exploration studies for foundation design, engineered septic system design, engineered retaining wall design, wetland delineations, environmental sampling and more. In 2010 we began operating a full geotechnical soils testing laboratory in house to help expedite project turn around and keep costs down for our clients.
