Started by Gus Worland in 2017, Gotcha4Life Foundation delivers innovative and inspirational preventative mental health campaigns, programs tools and resources that build emotional adaptability, social connectedness and help-seeking behaviours. Our vision is simple, a suicide-free future where no one worries alone. Known as ‘Australia’s mental fitness charity’, our mission is to inspire and enable all Australians to take action to build their mental fitness, so no one worries alone. We define mental fitness as our capacity to cope and adapt to life’s challenges. We believe that the more mentally fit you feel, the better you are able to respond to the inevitable peaks and troughs of life and manage challenging emotions when they arise.
