Gottsche Performance & Longevity Centers

We are a 501(c)(3) nonprofit rehabilitation and wellness organization with six clinics and two outreach centers in rural Wyoming. Through our physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech and language therapy, mental and behavioral health, food and nutrition, and wellness services and facilities, “We make impossible experiences possible.
