Gould Homes has evolved from a number of successful property development ventures: Premier Developments and Matthew Gould Homes. Over the years our director Matt Gould has been responsible for developing and building commercial and domestic properties across the South West, from the complete refurbishment of the Grade 1 Listed No. 5 Cathedral Close in Exeter and the Grade 2 Listed 6/7 Fore Street in Topsham, to building Hunters Yard in Teignmouth – a development of six quality apartments.
