Gourmet Gannet

Our focus is on quality, making everything from scratch and sourcing local seasonal ingredients as much as possible. We are a plant-based bakery and only use ‘free range’ eggs from ethical farmers. We buy from our local farmers market at Catalina Bay to ensure premium produce goes into our baking. You’ll find the best rye and spelt flours not only in our bread but also in our sweet goods and we try to use Manuka honey, date syrups and less refined sugars where possible.
