We provide exceptional individual, couple, and family therapy services. Working from a collaborative perspective, we consult with our clients on life's challenges rather than dictating to them their problems. It is our goal to empower our clients and their families to make positive changes in their lives by collaboratively helping them gain a better understanding of the issues they face and to use specific skills and strategies to effectively manage them. We work with clients from all backgrounds on a variety of issues including anxiety, depression, couple/marital conflict, family conflict, trauma, PTSD, self-esteem, parent/child conflict, anger, and many others. We intentionally keep our practice small seeing approximately ten clients a week to provide more focused, individual attention to our clients.
