Founded in 1993, GP Die Casting (Güven Pres Döküm) provides production of parts and CNC machining services from Aluminum and Zamak alloy by pressure die casting method. In our company, Spectral Analysis equipment, metal microscope, 3D measurement devices and hardness measurement device are used for material analysis. The manufactured parts are exported to Germany, USA, China, Switzerland, Italy, Netherlands, Poland, Spain, Romania, Sweden, Malaysia, New Zealand and are used in various industries in the market. We make 80% of our sales abroad and 20% to the domestic market. In our company, an Quality Management System is constantly updated in order to increase the total quality prepared according to ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018, to improve environmental awareness, and ensure Occupational Health and Safety. Processes such as SPC, FMEA, PPAP, and MSA are applied with great care to improve production quality, prevent possible errors and traceability.
