GP Property (GPP) is a new joint venture company established between GPI, MedicX Fund & Octopus Healthcare, bringing together the expertise and resources of 3 leading UK primary care investors and developers. GPP aims to provide premises and funding solutions to primary care and the wider, integrated healthcare system. We are already having conversations with STPs, GP federations, super-partnerships, individual practices and some of the emerging care organisations about how we can facilitate service integration and support new models of care by rationalising and improving their estate through the sale & leaseback of existing buildings (releasing equity), developing new facilities or disposing of redundant property.
