GPG, Glick Property Group, is a New York City based real estate investment and management firm with focus on multi-family and mixed-use assets. GPG’s core business is to provide investment advisory and asset management services to its private equity clients, including the Real Estate holdings of the Glick Family; which its principals have done successfully for decades. GPG is the capital focused arm of MG Property Management (formerly Mautner-Glick Corp.), a property management firm that was founded in 1959 with several thousand units under management in New York City. GPG’s acquisition strategy is focused on underperforming assets in core areas that benefit from a value—add focused management approach and well-performing assets in areas defined by high growth with strong economic parameters. While GPG ‘s investment strategy is long-term, we regularly scrutinize the portfolio of assets under management in order to match the needs of our clients with dynamic market conditions. GPG’s strength lies in the experience and relationships established by its principals and the intimate knowledge of the driving forces in each of the sub-markets of operation.
