Grace Chasers

Grace Chasers is a nonprofit dedicated to empowering teens and the communities that serve them. We take a social capital approach to tackling some of the tough issues many young people face today, utilizing youth projects, school partnerships, teen curriculum and family workshops to make a lasting difference. Our creative arts and personal development programs help teens grow the skills they need to impact their friends, family and community for good. Simultaneously, we come alongside parents, teachers and community leaders to bridge gaps so they can be passionate, focused mentors. Our Mission To transform generations through purpose-driven programs that promote creativity, connection and just plain fun. We want to see every young person inspired by their gifts and empowered through their community to be and do their best.
