The National Quality Awards encourage the continuous learning and development of long term and post-acute care facilities to achieve performance excellence. 20 of our 34 homes have achieved this status. Each Grace Living Center offers long term care when people are no longer able to care for themselves. Several Grace locations ( Norman, Bethany, Altus, Clinton and Tahlequah) now include Bridges at Grace Living Center, a post-acute care rehabilitation unit with a separate entrance, private dining, private rooms and a state of the art therapy gym. Each Grace Living Center is independently owned and operated.
