Graceing Agefully

365 Days of I AM Letting Go was spawned in March of this year out of the platform I launched a year ago, Graceing Agefully™ ( https://graceingagefully.com ). My chapter, 20 was titled : Graceing Agefully, Feed the Good Wolf in the Second Half. I started “blogging” monthly from the website in January 2023 and subscribers will receive an email with that monthly blog post in email or they can read it on the website directly. All of the previous posts reside on the website. In March 2023, I began a daily habit of LETTING GO of EMOTIONAL blocks that had been LODGED in place by social and cultural conditioning. Things like YOU ARE NOT GOOD ENOUGH and YOU ARE NOT STRONG ENOUGH, SMART ENOUGH, RICH ENOUGH, SUCCESSFUL ENOUGH and MORE. A journey of self awareness has taken me inside myself to see the unique person hidden inside all of us, including me.
