I take an integrative approach to therapy and, dependent on the changes you wish to make, will utilise various different techniques, psychotherapy, hypnotherapy and BWRT to help you explore your thoughts, emotions and behaviour, as well as your physical and spiritual health, to help you, as an individual, and give you the best therapeutic tools I can to enable you to achieve your therapy goal. As a therapist I offer you my honesty and respect. If I am not the right person for you I will try to recommend an alternative. I am completely non judgemental and offer a warm and friendly service, which is strictly confidential, in a relaxed atmosphere, face to face or online. I have always believed in a holistic approach to therapy. To be able to treat people as a whole in mind, body and spirit. I am fully qualified and have diplomas in Hypnotherapy, Psychotherapy and BWRT. I am registered with several professional organisations and abide by their strict codes of conduct. I have professional insurance and an Enhanced DBS Certificate. I regularly attend CPDs (Continual Professional Development) courses to enhance my skills and to keep them up to date. I am qualififed to work with Adults and Children.
