GRADES Stands for “Group for Research, Awareness, Development, Education, and Studies”. The idea started in 2008, when we launched Windway s.a.r.l, where several advisories and feasibility studies were provided, until we decided in 2021 to give our team a professional image, through GRADES. GRADES targets all categories of people in the community, through a team having diversified experiences and backgrounds, including: Law, Accounting, Banking, Cryptocurrency, Hotel Management, and others. We perform 80% of our work on virtual basis, trying to benefit from the emerging technology, and splitting the responsibilities into Specialized Units for more efficiency.
