We use technology to help candidates who have not or do not plan to complete a traditional bachelor’s degree leverage their unique experiences—driving for Uber, working summer jobs, raising money for their community—to get their foot in the door for jobs that otherwise require a bachelor’s degree. Employers regularly require college degrees for jobs that do not require college-level skills because they have no better way of assessing whether a candidate is “ready” for the role or the workplace.
