GRAWE is a family-owned company with many years of experience and a very high level of international recognition and has 3 production sites in Europe that supply our customers worldwide. For over 60 years, the name GRAEWE has stood for high-quality products in the field of turning and threading technology. Since its foundation in 1958, the production programme in the field of threaded parts has been constantly expanded and successfully supplemented by the production of precision turned parts. Today, GRAEWE is a partner to trade and industry and a supplier to important key sectors, including steel construction, the automotive industry, mechanical engineering, power station construction, the agricultural machinery industry and the wind energy sector. Our production - technology and people The basis for our wide range of products is a well-stocked, extensive warehouse of bright steel and wire rod in all common screw grades and stainless steel. Qualified employees process the materials on ultra-modern machines to produce the end product required by the customer. NC-controlled saws and end processing machines, bending machines, thread rolling machines up to M100 and CNC turning centres are available for processing. Automatic production lines for threaded rods and parts from M6 to M24 complete the machine park. Parts from 8 to 65 mm in diameter are produced from the bar on automatic lathes. GRAEWE produces complex turned parts up to 250 mm in diameter on the turning centres. Milling, drilling or reverse machining is possible on almost all machines. At the Finnentrop and Halle/Saale sites, threaded rods and pieces, stud bolts, double ends, anchor bolts, stone screws, special and trapezoidal nuts, CNC turned parts and corresponding parts are manufactured according to drawings or samples. GRAEWE Tadiv uses multi-stage presses to manufacture stud bolts, hexagon head, cylinder head and flat head screws as well as cold-pressed parts according to drawings.
