Established as experts in Central London real estate, with a focused and highly-experienced team of property professionals, comprising asset management, investment, leasing, planning and development expertise. We are owned by GreenOak Real Estate, a partner-owned real estate investment management and advisory firm operating in the United States, Europe and Asia, providing us with an extended network of expertise. What We Do INVEST IN CENTRAL LONDON REAL ESTATE We have completed in excess of £7 billion of transactions through a variety of structures. We are experts and highly regarded in our local market, allowing us to source off-market opportunities and deliver investments where we can enhance value through asset management. PORTFOLIO STRATEGY As property adviser to the largest Central London fund, WELPUT, we are experienced in formulating and implementing portfolio level strategies to meet investment objectives. PLANNING AND DEVELOPMENT We have delivered 2.4 million square feet of refurbishments and developments across all sectors. We identify opportunities, assemble sites and take them through planning, construction and letting in order to deliver a stabilised investment asset. ASSET AND PROPERTY MANAGEMENT We employ a variety of asset management strategies with a focus on both investment objectives and the tenant’s needs to enhance value, minimise risk and generate sustainable returns. To date, we have managed 6 million square feet of assets and completed 2.8 million square feet of lettings.
