Grakom

Danish Association for Communication, Design & Media (Grakom) is a trade and employers’ association. Its goal is to strengthen the profitability of Grakoms business members and at the same time ensure the greatest freedom of action as possible. As a trade association, Grakom monitors the developments in market conditions, legislation, technology, environment, etc. This knowledge is communicated to the members via Grakoms magazine, newsletters, website, courses, and member meetings. As an employers’ association, Grakom looks after the interests of the members through negotiation and interpretation of collective agreements, questions relating to employment law, advises on working environment questions, and educational matters. Grakom represents more than 500 Danish companies, among these graphic companies, printing houses, advertisement and communication agencies, packaging and label companies, bookbinding companies, display companies, suppliers, companies with secondary connection to the industry and associations with the same focus. Grakom is counselling and informing the companies about law, collective agreements, CSR, environment and conditions of the industry. All counselling from Grakom is expert based and build on a detailed knowledge of the industry. Grakom is a member of several international organisations, such as Intergraf, FESPA, FTA Europe and Egin.
