Grand River Solutions, Inc. is a service provider dedicated to helping campuses and communities develop effective, practical and sustainable responses to equity issues, including Title IX, Title VI, Title VII, VAWA, Digital Accessibility and Clery Act compliance. We provide a broad range of consulting and software services to support and assist an institution achieve its equity goals. Our services include Coordinator services, conducting investigations, hearings, and appeals; formal and informal resolution; training; process and policy assessment; training and consulting; mentoring/coaching, and more. Our team consists of interdisciplinary experts with direct experience as campus administrators and leaders. Grand River Solutions' founders and practitioners come from a background of education, law, human resources, technology, and non-profit service. Our hands-on approach is highly collaborative and tailored to each institution in order to embrace the individual mission, values, resources, and culture of each community. Grand River Solutions was formed in response to ongoing and persistent requests from Title IX coordinators, risk managers, VPs for Student Affairs, student conduct officers, and campus counsel seeking advice grounded in the practice of doing equity work. Together, the experts at Grand River Solutions have decades of direct, on-campus experience at institutions of varying size, including public and private universities, community colleges, performing arts schools, and faith-based institutions. We have worked on projects and reviews that encompass the full range of harassment, discrimination, and equity-related policy development and review.
