Grand Valley Trees Llc

An educational resource on Arboriculture and the canopy health of the Grand Valley in Western Colorado. Grand Valley Trees was started as a tree news blog, resource, and helpful aid to old and new residents of Western Colorado and, particularly, the Grand Valley. The owner, Brandon Kanwischer, moved to Grand Junction with his girlfriend, Liza, in late 2021 and began working with locally owned and operated Alpine Tree Service. It was here that he saw a crucial need for more information about what trees the Grand Valley had, what trees this environment is well suited for, and what is happening to the trees we currently have today. Brandon is a Returned Agroforestry Peace Corps Volunteer from Senegal Africa, an ISA Certified Arborist, a council appointed member of the City of Grand Junction Forestry Board, and still works with Alpine as the Plant Health Care Manager.
