Grant Park Conservancy

The Grant Park Conservancy is a nonprofit organization committed to the restoration, beautification, and maintenance of historic Grant Park. Since we have been working to ensure the park is an oasis of greenspace at the heart of America's greatest city. Our work focuses on preserving the park’s natural features - especially its expansive tree canopy – as well as preserving its historical architecture and creating welcoming venues for all who use the park. As stewards of "The People's Playground," we work intentionally to create a space of belonging where everyone feels welcome. We are proud partners of the City of Atlanta’s Department of Parks and Recreation and our neighbor in the park, Zoo Atlanta. Our park advocacy efforts are driven by our staff, Governing Board, and our many volunteers who are dedicated to making our vision for the park a reality.
