In our role as an independent evaluator for grant projects, GrantProse develops tailored evaluation plans, collects and reports on data and data analyses, and carries out various evaluation designs – formative and summative, mixed-method, and impact evaluations. Dr. Bill Carruthers is the President/CEO of GrantProse. He has over 20 years’ experience writing and winning grants and is a founding member of the Grants Information Network of NC. Bill leads the GrantProse team that supports clients with a wealth of experience and expertise in program evaluation, statistics, data analysis, research, STEM disciplines, education (K-12+), and psychology and school counseling.
