Grassroot Initiative for Sustainable Development (GISDEV) is a registered youth-led non-profit, non-governmental, and voluntary organization dedicated to creating a sustainable future. Established in early 2017 and officially registered on October 10, 2018, GISDEV operates in accordance with the law to make a tangible difference in the world. Our vision is a world where youth, women, girls, and children including PWD, albinos and the minorities have equitable access to essential resources, enabling them to build resilient, inclusive, and sustainable communities that thrive in harmony with their environment. Our mission at GISDEV is to tackle pressing community and environmental challenges through community-driven solutions. We strive to achieve climate resilience, promote gender equality, ensure clean energy access, support sustainable agriculture, raise climate awareness, manage waste effectively, protect the environment, conserve biodiversity, and more.
