Founded in 2008 by Mike Madrid and Robb Korinke, GrassrootsLab works with clients statewide, helping them interact with local governments, business groups and other stakeholders on complex and controversial issues of public interest. Having spent a number of years, crafting and executing large campaigns in California for many issues at the heart of local government, GrassrootsLab has developed a deep understanding of the challenges facing California’s cities as well as the expertise to shape and deliver impactful messages to diverse constituencies. At its heart, GrassrootsLab is a public affairs firm but differentiates itself through a demonstrated ability to develop and design outreach programs that inspire action and facilitate the building of large coalitions at the local, regional and state wide level. GrassrootsLab’s innovative communication strategies, impressive list of contacts and strong presence in Southern California and Sacramento provide it with a unique advantage that allows it to engage stakeholders, make the client’s voice heard and influence the decision-making process. GrassrootsLab is currently co-located in Long Beach and Sacramento, California.
