We focus on transforming the upstream culture, environment, structure and leadership behaviours required to enable downstream benefits like speed and predictability. In so doing, change is sustainable, benefit realisation repeatable, and leads to the creation of peripheral value, were more than desired outcomes like speed and predictability are achieved. Our Board-level transformation advisory service synergises with venture capital funds, and focuses on developing and uplifting the leadership of startups, with the intent of minimising the risk of failure during their early development stages. We don’t see agile as a destination, but rather a state of being to achieve a set of outcomes or objectives. We exist to create client value verses driving our revenue pipeline, and don’t arrive with a pre-determined solution. We partner with clients to help them improve the way they work, and help them identify problem areas through data driven insights, and work with them to achieve what is important to them. Our leaders are actively involved and provide our coaches with ongoing oversight and support, ensuring alignment between on the floor observation and the accumulated learning that exists within Gravity's diverse network of agile professionals.
