Gravity7 is the consultancy of Adrian Chan I bring deep background and experience in online design, digital transformation, and social interaction design to client projects, startups, enterprise digital efforts. As with many, my current focus is generative AI: product, design, and strategy. I am not a developer, but have read AI whitepapers and am familiar with AI methods and techniques. My prior work in UX for social tools, using social interaction design, applies to conversational AI in particular, and efforts to personalize AI agents and assistant.
