The system has been engineered using advanced mechanical design and Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD), with high-efficiency torque values predicted by simulations successfully observed in field conditions. Grawindy is designed to operate efficiently not only at low wind speeds, but also in high-wind regimes where traditional turbines are typically shut down. From an environmental perspective, Grawindy enables zero-emission electricity generation, supports carbon reduction goals, and is built around a modular, recyclable, and resource-efficient design philosophy. Low noise, minimal visual impact, and wildlife-friendly operation make it suitable for sensitive environments. Grawindy’s initial deployments focus on off-grid and grid-weak locations, where energy reliability is critical. In the long term, the technology is designed to scale into large and super-large modular units capable of feeding electricity directly into the grid, including onshore and offshore applications.
