Our strategy focuses on identifying high quality, under-performing assets where there exists an opportunity to re-develop, re-position, or re-price. We aim to invest capital for long term value creation, and achieving risk adjusted returns which outperform through cycles. We have a hands-on investment and management approach, and invest in assets across the risk spectrum.
