Dr. Mary Jean Stack opened Great Falls Physical Therapy in 2018. A native of Great Falls, Virginia, Mary Jean returned to her hometown to meet the health and rehab needs of the community. GFPT is proud to have Dr. Sarah Bellman PT, DPT and Dr. Jaison Alderman PT, DPT, MBA, CMTPT on our team. GFPT provides one-on-one appointments that are individualized to each client's needs and personal goals. All of our appointments are one hour long directly with your PT meaning we do not use aides or assistants. We utilize current evidence-based practice when providing all treatments. GFPT serves both children and adults with all orthopedic injuries.
