We are a boutique equipment based Pilates studio in Great Falls Virginia. We are located in the Great Falls Village Center. We offer private and duet sessions along with small group classes. All teachers are certified and classically trained. We feature brand new equipment from Peak Pilates, leaders in the pilates industry. Pilates is a wonderful whole body workout that is low-impact and safe for your back and joints. It works to strengthen your core muscles to support your back and improve your posture. It is an ideal exercise for people new to working out and challenges even elite athletes.
