Greater Advantage is a socially conscious coaching practice founded by Coach Kim Bettie. Prior to launching her own business, she worked for some of the largest corporations in America in organizational and individual development as an executive coach and senior trainer. Her biggest takeaway was top executives, in the largest organizations, often have exclusive access to the highest quality coaching and training.
