Green And Grains

Green and Grains is a grassroots-led initiative working to make agriculture more sustainable, equitable and rewarding for small and marginal farmers. Based in Madhya Pradesh, the organization builds clusters around natural farming, crop diversification and community-based value chains. Through close partnerships with SHGs, CLFs and rural institutions, Green and Grains enables farmer collectives to grow, process and market fruits, vegetables, pulses, millets and spices through environmentally sound practices. Their model focuses on convergence with government schemes and creating decentralized, dignified livelihoods across the agriculture value chain — from production to processing to sales. It’s not just about better farming. It’s about a better rural economy.
