GREEN BRANDS ist eine internationale, unabhängige und selbständige Markenbewertungs-Organisation mit Hauptsitz in Veitsbronn (Deutschland) und Büros in Hamburg, Österreich, Schweiz, Italien, Ungarn, Tschechien, Slowakei, Ägypten GREEN BRANDS zeichnet in internationaler Zusammenarbeit mit unabhängigen Institutionen und Gesellschaften im Umwelt-/Klimaschutz- und Nachhaltigkeits-Bereich sowie mit Markt- und Meinungsforschungsinstituten ökologisch nachhaltige Marken aus und verleiht das GREEN BRANDS-Gütesiegel (EU-Gewährleistungsmarke) Mit der Auszeichnung werden „grüne“ Marken des täglichen Lebens geehrt, die auf das zunehmende Bewusstsein der Bevölkerung für mehr Nachhaltigkeit, Umweltschutz und gesunden Lebensstil reagieren bzw. von Beginn an so ausgerichtet sind.
