Green Communities Foundation

Green Communities Foundation is a not-for-profit company that works with bulk waste generators like corporate houses and housing societies and provides them Waste Management Solutions. It has created a simple and standardized process for implementation at the waste generator premises. It handholds the waste generator through various stages like segregation of waste at source, dry waste recycling, composting of wet waste and disposal of compost. GCF conducts awareness workshops and training sessions with consumers and support staff and has also created video based training material. GCF's current focus area is Mumbai where the MCGM has made it mandatory for bulk generators to segregate and compost their waste at their own premises.
