As head of lettings progression at Chancellors my team and I were booking inventory clerks and in doing so I became aware that there was a need for an inventory and inspection service that went beyond a few sheets of A4 on a word document and an outdated phone booking system, we were spending hours calling clerks to see if one was available or covered an area and equally waiting hours to hear back. I wanted to use a company that provided a truly boutique, transparent service that had communication and efficiency at heart, so I started one. In the past 6 months I’ve been building on the relationships I've built with my clients who are both agents and individual landlords and have been working on a model that works for all parties.
