Green Organic Manure

Green organic manure is an Agri-based (social enterprise) company in the business of selling high quality organic fertilizer made from locally animal and plant waste (residue). Green organic purchases animal waste(dung) and plant waste (banana peelings) from local neighborhood farms, households and restaurants, processes them using environmentally friendly processes to make fertilizer that is used by local farmers to deliver high yield for their crops. Green Organic Manure’s beneficiaries include small holder farmers predominantly growing maize, coffee, and beans. G.O.M provides employment to 8 local sales agents who get salaries to support their families. GOM is a farmer centric organization that prioritizes education of farmers on the application of fertilizer to their crops as well as best practice in agriculture. GOM regularly holds talk shows to reach their large farmer network across the local communities. They also take part in agriculture tradeshows
