Green Plant” LLC, a producer of 100% natural “AzTea” and «Astaraçay» tea brands, was founded in 2012. The raw material used for the tea production is provided only from our tea plantations located in Astara and Lankaran districts, which are the subtropical zones of Azerbaijan. These plantations were originally established in 1932 during the Soviet era, and to this day, tea leaves are hand-picked one by one. This region holds an important place in the history of Azerbaijani tea cultivation and provides a strong foundation for producing high-quality, natural tea products. At Green Plant LLC, this long-standing tradition is preserved and combined with modern technologies to produce premium, 100% natural tea. Our total plantation area covers 450 hectares. Our tea processing and packaging factory, equipped with the latest technology, has been in operation since 2015. The facility has a daily processing capacity of 10 tons of fresh tea leaves. No chemical additives are used during the cultivation or processing of the tea, and all products are grown in an environmentally clean and natural setting. Over the course of four years, ecological monitoring was carried out on our tea fields by LACON, a German certification company. Our products are manufactured at a certified facility in accordance with TS EN ISO 9001:2015, TS EN ISO 14001:2015, TS EN ISO 45001:2018, and TS EN ISO standards.
