Green Screen Downtown is sq ft studio located in the extremely film friendly neighborhood of Downtown L.A. Close La Live, South Park, Fashion District and several major freeways, surrounded by industrial exteriors, coffee shops, restaurants and views of downtown, the facilities are easily accessible with street level double doors for loading, and a large parking lot in front of the building. The Studio is available for rental 24/7 and is ideal for film shoots, photography, broadcast multi-camera interviews, TV, commercials content, music videos, promos and web presentations. The screen is pre-lit, and various movable floor lights are available, as well as two green treadmills, camera, teleprompter, green turn table, props and furniture. The studio comes with 200 amps house power, 5-ton AC/heater, on-site stage manager and includes a newly renovated full kitchen (sink, coffee maker, microwave, fridge, toaster, oven), bathrooms with bath tub or shower, a make-up area, wireless internet and several alternate shooting areas, including a fully functioning recording studio. You can simply rent the space as is, or we can assemble a crew for you and all you need is a hard drive to upload the footage at the end of the day.
