REGENERATIVE PRACTICES THAT BENEFIT PEOPLE AND PLANET. Working with communities to regenerate degraded landscapes around the world. Helping struggling communities to thrive using nature-based solutions. Combating climate change in ways that improve the health of our shared biosphere and the harmony of our global village. Our work centers around agro-ecology (combining agriculture with trees and other useful plants). Our flagship office in Kenya has planted 3.75 million trees, established 100 eco-schools programs, and provided farmers’ training, women’s and children’s health, and rural livelihoods. The “Green World Communities” model offers an integrated suite of services that motivates our partners to work for the benefits that these innovative programs bring. We co-create solutions with those who best know the problems and opportunities in their region. We have formed close alliances with schools, churches, corporations, and other institutions, with a particular interest in education, including “sister school” programs. In addition to our own extensive Green World programs, we have 26 local strategic partners. We invite companies and organizations to affiliate with the Green World Campaign, shrinking their own carbon footprint while restoring the ecology and economy of the world's poorest places, fostering self-sufficiency through nature-based solutions.
