Founded by proprietary traders who have invested part of their assets through their own proprietary system, their team has over 20 years of financial expertise with backgrounds in both hedge fund and asset management. The mission of the company is to focus on the research and development of a diversified technology platform in the financial space. This platform aims to deliver cutting-edge technology assets that are capital efficient and are of significant value to clients and partners. Greenbull Capital expertise resides in two main elements: 1) financial engineering with mathematical finance, risk analysis, investment and asset management principles that we integrate into our technologies to provide a capital efficient end-system. Our financial models have been specifically developed and extensively tested to maximize the return for a given level of risk. 2) Financial innovation by the research and development of Algorithmic and Automated Trading System. The business model of Greenbull Capital is to establish different types of strategic partnership structures, which includes but is not limited to the following: working with another company on the development of a joint product; or working with a regulated and licensed financial institution which would be interested to commercialize a system within Greenbull Capital.
