Our mission is to localise the energy transition. We're driven by planet positive, circularity, local-to-local and speed of execution. At GreenCarbonFactory, we install, own, and operate small-scale energy generation facilities on industrial sites and for heat networks in the Netherlands. These facilities convert clean, local wood chips into green energy (electricity and heat/steam/hot water) for local consumption, as well as into high-quality biochar. Biochar functions as a carbon sink and is a high-quality additive for a.o. concrete/asphalt, animal feed, growing media (substrates and potting soil), peat replacement, and filtration.
