We are a family-owned team of hut builders with craftsmanship in our DNA. Each of our bespoke Shepherd huts is skilfully hand built at our Somerset workshop. Founded by Harry Long in 2016, he started the journey as a skilled joiner in his father’s garage. Fast-forward a few years and three daughters later, Harry has now forged a business partnership with his brother-in-law, Jordan Franklin. Together they have grown the business with their talented team of joiners and tradesmen to become one of the UK’s leading Shepherd hut builders. The surge in business growth has opened opportunities for talented local craftspeople, as well as providing a development base for younger people to learn their trade. One of the core aims of the business is to develop a luxury brand that resonates with the great outdoors and nature, but is also sustainable and environmentally friendly. The business is aiming to be carbon-neutral by 2025.
