Green Fries We are the smallest green foodtruck in the Nordic countries. We are two 25 years old guys from Sweden that started our business in the early 2016 from a thought we have had for a long time. The idea was simple, we wanted to make the most delicious French fries in the world. We bought a wagon and a bunch of organic potatoes. After months of experimentation and testing of everything we came up with fries that we liked. We began to create and test various dip sauces and salt/spice mixes. We came up with a product that we loved. We went around Sweden to test our product. The idea is simple, French fries made from organic and local produced potatoes which then your select of a spice/salt mix and your choice of two dip sauce. In this way, everyone gets their unique Fries. We use organic, locally grown potatoes to our fries. We also use organic, and locally grown products in our dip sauces and salts. We put in an effort for 2017 to try to shorten all lines from the farmer to the guest. Therefore, this year we have been grow our own herbs, brought eggs directly from the breeder and we brought the potatoes directly from a farmer we know. This farmer grows the potatoes on land 9km from our kitchen. This land is a part of Fritjof´s family farm. This means that we have been able to have better control of the product we are selling.
