Greenhound Canada Foundation

Greenhound Canada Foundation is a non-profit, community-led organization which aims to develop accessible botanical gardens and dedicated spaces in urban areas for Canadians to use for therapy, to teach and learn plant care techniques, to share plants, and to interact with others. Our initiative are volunteer-led and proceeds of our fundraising go towards our goals and to support other public community and health care ecotherapy initiatives. Our overall goal is to promote the therapeutic value of plants, and provide green spaces for people in need of healing and therapeutic experiences to support them through mental health challenges. To support our mission, we offer plant care activities, group workshops, guided forest hikes and garden tours, and indoor plant care consultation.
