Our Organization: Greenlake Wellness Group fosters a holistic health and wellness culture, with an emphasis on healing trauma. Our licensed practitioners cover a diverse range of specialties and patient needs. We've developed a unique, comfortable atmosphere, centered in the vibrant Green Lake community. We seek to empower our practitioners to best serve their patients, as they grow in their private practices. Our Belief: We believe in recovery, that the body keeps score, and all lives have equal value. Everyone's journey is unique and all humans struggle. People need a safe space to meet challenges and grow, free from judgement. It cannot be done alone. These beliefs constitute our organization's reason for existence. Our Work: We serve the greater Seattle area with the following practices- Mental Health Counseling: Our practitioners bring compassion and strength in the areas of relational counseling, trauma recovery, addictive behavior, EMDR, and other effective techniques-ARNP Prescribers: For psychopharmacalogical needs, we have 2 ARNPs available for new client intakes- Massage: Our Licensed Massage Practitioners have experience in deep tissue, Swedish, and trauma response techniques- Nutrition: Your body is a vessel for your thoughts, feelings, and experiences. Your nutritional needs are uniquely yours. Know and feel the right nutritional balance for you to thrive- Acupuncture: Provided by a long-time practitioner, working with your particular needs, your body, and your nervous system to offer care.
