Greenleaf Commercial is a specialist consultancy supplying Energy Performance Certificates (“EPCs”) for the sale or letting of commercial property throughout the country. With a wealth of experience in acting for developers, landlords, lenders, and tenants we pride ourselves on our technical understanding and delivering a fast, efficient and highly personal service at competitive rates. We produce commercial EPCs prior to the sale of freehold property and/or the grant or assignment of leases.
