Greenplay Northwest

In partnership with parents, educators, and the wider communities in which we serve, Greenplay Northwest provides nature-based early learning opportunities for children and their families, with a focus on social/emotional learning and the development of life-long relationships to the more-than-human world. Our outdoor early learning programs provide learning experiences for children ages 3-6 in our beautiful greenspaces across the state of Washington. We believe that children thrive when given space to explore and freedom to play. Our educators facilitate deep learning by supporting children as they make new discoveries in nature. We aim to foster and facilitate grassroots community efforts to protect and advocate for healthy neighborhood green spaces, parks, trails, and habitats. We believe that when children grow to love and respect the land around them, they are instilled with a deep gratitude for the earth and a desire to protect it.
