GREENR is India's first PlantPro Cafe. In 2015, Delhi received its first modern vegetarian kitchen, which aims at popularising plant proteins - a rising phenomenon in food trends. GREENR is not only a restaurant but a food startup, where we have engineered an indigenous array of plant-based proteins by replacing the nutrients and textures we usually get from animal meat with vegetarian sources.
