GreenTraveller is a travel company specializing in educational, volunteering, adventure, cultural, wildlife and eco-friendly activities in Greece. Our aim is to promote responsible travel and educational activities to natural areas that conserves the environment, connects people with the natural world, provides a deeper understanding of environmental challenges and inspire people to act more responsibly. We are a small company and we prefer it that way. “Small” means that our visitors are not a "client" on one of our projects, but rather our honored guests. We prefer to dedicate our time with our guests either personally leading and guiding our outdoor tours or facilitating and supervising our volunteer and education projects. As a tour operator, our focus lies on travelling in small groups, helping preserve the natural areas we travel in, raising awareness of the environmental and cultural issues, supporting local communities and promoting sustainable and responsible tourism. As a volunteer and education service provider, we offer transformational learning experiences that promote environmentally sustainable action. We work with volunteers, educators and students to help them develop their experiences and skills fostering new generations of environmental leaders. Spend your sailing holidays observing marine wildlife, while meeting the daily challenges of living on a sailing vessel. Explore the wildlife of some of the most pristine National Parks of Northern Greece, outstanding areas that are excellent destinations for bird, wildflower, butterfly and photography enthusiasts or for those who simply wish to unwind in the tranquility of nature. As volunteer participate in the monitoring and research of National Parks' abundant wildlife or engage in marine conservation projects and marine wildlife surveys while living and working on a sailing vessel.
