I am currently utilising these skills as an independent management consultant in the not for profit sector. I have extensive experience working with community care providers to improve efficiency through process re-design and enhancement of systems – predominantly GoldCare. I am an experienced facilitator and coach, and am adept at working with senior leadership to identify an organisation’s strategic priorities and deliver aligned business plans and projects that move the organisation in the right direction.
